Why I built this

Hi, I’m Eli.

I spent a decade recruiting tech talent across Australia and New Zealand  placing software engineers, product managers, and technical leaders at companies like Atlassian, Airwallex, and Mantel Group.

I was inside the hiring process. I saw who got shortlisted and who didn't and more importantly, why.

Most of the time, the people who didn't make it weren't less capable. They just didn't show up clearly enough in a system that wasn't designed to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Since then, I've coached 300+ tech professionals across AU/NZ — engineers, product managers, data specialists, and technical leaders. People who were capable, consistent, and still not getting responses.
