Careersy Community – Terms of Service

Effective date: 31 May 2025

Welcome to the Careersy Community, a membership program operated by Careersy Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing a membership, accessing member-only content, or participating in any part of the Careersy Community (including coaching sessions, events, discussions, and digital resources), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Membership Access & Use

When you join the Careersy Community, you receive access to digital content, live sessions, and community features, which may include (but are not limited to):

 Live group coaching sessions

• Private community discussions and peer interaction

• Recorded sessions and educational resources

• Career strategy tools, templates, and frameworks

• Spotlight interviews with industry professionals

• Optional warm introductions (Accelerated tier only)

Your membership is for personal, individual use only.

You must not share login credentials, grant access to others, record sessions for redistribution, or copy, sell, or republish any content without prior written permission.

We may update, modify, or evolve community features over time as part of improving the offering. 

2. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

 Memberships are billed securely via Kajabi using Stripe.

 Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings.

• When you cancel, future billing stops immediately.

• You will retain access to the Careersy Community until the end of your current billing period.

• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or past payments.

 Cancellation is the appropriate option if the membership is no longer useful to you.

3. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

 Careersy Community memberships provide immediate access to digital content, live sessions, and community features.

 As such:

 We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of participation, or unused access.

• This includes situations where you choose not to engage after joining.

 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 Where required by law, we will provide remedies in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, including for services not provided with due care and skill.

 If you believe the service has not been provided appropriately, please contact us so we can address the issue. 

4. Community Conduct

 The Careersy Community is a private, professional space built on trust, respect, and thoughtful discussion.

By participating, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other members

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour

• Refrain from unsolicited promotion, spam, or self-marketing

• Participate in good faith and in alignment with the purpose of the community

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access, without refund, if behaviour is harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with the community’s intent.

5. Intellectual Property

 All content provided within the Careersy Community — including videos, recordings, frameworks, templates, guides, written materials, and discussions — remains the intellectual property of Careersy Coaching and Eli Gunduz.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use this content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

6. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

 Careersy Coaching provides career education, strategic guidance, and peer discussion based on real-world recruiting and coaching experience.

 You acknowledge that:

 We do not guarantee employment outcomes, job offers, promotions, or salary increases.

• Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, timing, and market conditions.

• All content and discussions are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

• We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.

  You remain solely responsible for how you apply the information and guidance shared.

7. Changes to These Terms

 We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

 If material changes are made, we will notify members via email or within the platform. Continued use of the Careersy Community after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
